Extension and alterations to an iconic Scottish retreat with a worldwide reputation.

Works included a double-height light-filled kitchen extension with ‘chefs table’ space for entertaining group parties plus internal alterations to create additional table space and accessibility improvements.

The project was awarded the global leader for stylish accessibility in the ‘Best Upmarket Restaurant’ category at the Blue Badge Access Awards in London in October 2019. LINK.

Complete renovation of Category ‘C’ listed traditional roadhouse hotel comprising new kitchen wing, re-configured entrance, function room extension and a 2 storey addition to form additional bedrooms to the rear.
